How much would you donate for a car wash?

If a high school sports team is raising funds for a trip and decides to do a car wash, how much would you donate to get your car washed?

When I used to donate, usually $1.00, but these days the dirt and grime is the only thing holding my vehicle together. Too much soap and water now might make it fall apart, lol.

Hey Sprinter, Lol, $1.00 was a lot, 30 years ago. That is the last time I had a vehicle washed. I think it's a world record! :O)

Ten years ago, I probably gave $5 or $10. I have tried one of those automatic car washes and it has ranged from $3.50 to $8.00.

I would probably donate 10 to 20 dollars depending if they did a good job or not. LOL LOL LOL

I think $20 would be too much unless you really want to donate to their cause. In terms of value of a car wash, I just don't see $20.
