I dont know how I manage it. Even if it is noisy around because the time I sleep is a normal wake time for everyone. But I just sleep. I dont even know why my tummy wont wake me up to eat. Maybe I am just bed body person.

Hi Neha! I normally get up very early in the morning. I get up around 5.30 a.m. I need to fetch fresh milk in the morning. After that I go for my morning walk. This happens on weekdays. On weekends, sometimes I skip this routine and just feeling like slipping late in the mornings. On weekends I fetch milk and then again go to sleep till it is 8.00 a.m. in the morning. I try to go to sleep timely and hit the bed by 10.00 p.m. or so. Have a great day! dpk

Same is true with my father, he gets up by 5:30, and goes for a walk, and while coming back fetches fresh milk from dairy... But for him, its 365 days a year routine..

I usually wake up at around 5:30am. As soon as I wake up I get out of bed right away. I always have this habit of getting up early and drink coffee. I usually enjoy sitting around and sipping my coffee before heading to the shower. When I have no work, I get up at around 7am.

Me, usually at 5.30 am, but since this week, I kept wake up at 6 or 6.15 am, I don't know why. I think the earlier I wake up, the better so that I can be more active and productive as I found out, i'm more productive during morning. Happy my lotting

when i am still a student, i usually get up at 5:30 or 6:00 in the morning coz our classes starts at 7:15 in the morning... when i starts working, i wake up at 5 in the morning even if my work starts at 8:30 a.m. only because i need to prepare my self and my office is far from home...i need to travel an hour and if traffic is slow, it takes me almost 1 and half hours or sometimes even two hours... now, that i am married and full time at house, i can wake up anytime i like! hehehe...but usually, if i don't really have anything to do, i wakes up at 8 in the morning and 9 the latest...but if my husband have an early appointment and during worship days...i can wake up as early as 4 a.m. sometimes even 3:30 depends on his schedule...of course i need to prepare his needs and cook for him!

3:30..., its almost mid night.. And i believe there are many who do sleep at that time.... But on serious note, its really good , as you are a home maker now, so you do take care of his needs, and its always that we can catchup our sleep later...

Hi nehaagra, I have to go for my part time work after noon. So I don’t have to get up too early. I usually get up around 8 o’clock in the morning. If I get up after 8 am I would be in a hurry to do my house chores and gardening. I then couldn’t spare out any extra time to log in mylot site. I'm very fond of reading and typing mylot posts after finish doing the morning routine. This has become my habit. I try not to go to bed after 1 am in the night. I could hardly get up the following morning if I don’t have proper sleep. It's not good to our health if stay up night Happy posting and have a nice day!

Wakeup time depends on sleeping time. When i sleep early and wakeup early ,vice-versa. I believe 'early to bed ,early to rise , makes a person healthy, wealthy and wise' so i wake up at 6 am and sleep at 9:30pm. Whereas My mother use to wakeup at 4:30 am. Happy mylotting!

I usually get up at 6:00 am. My work place is almost 12 kms so i need to be up early, take my breakFAST, bathe, dresses up in an hour. I travel for 20 mins in average. I work for 8 hours everyday, 5 times a week. So on saturdays i have an excuse to wake up late, mostly 7am. I am too early on sundays as i devote it to my church. Usually i am up at 4:30 Am. That's my life!

I used to get up at around 6 - because I had to be at work by 7. I'm better in the morning - more efficient. So I'd chosen an earlier "shift" so to speak. But now, due to budget issues and what-not, the boss asked us to come to work at 8 and leave at 5. Since a lot of people get there late, he let's me get there 30 minutes early. So now I work from 7:30 to 4:30. After work - I go for a run, about an hour or so. Then another hour for dinner. By the time I get to mylot, it's already 7:00. I'm usually in bed by 10:00 PM or so.

When I used to work back in the society, I will have to get up by 7am in order for me to get to work on time by 9am. However, as a new mother, and a baby to care for, I will sleep till the baby awakes, depending on her time. Usually is around 8 to 9am, however today I had the luxury to get up at 9.30am as my little one had "tortured" me throughout the night before... LOL
