Do you let them get away with it...

I have had problems in the past with companies who have displayed poor customer service. Recently I ran into another such company. I ordered a product, waited for two weeks, got an email from Paypal saying I had a refund from them because they are "currently not accepting any more orders" and they were going to update their website. Well they haven't updated their website you can still order and in the meantime my refund is still pending and I don't have my money yet. A week after payment they sent me an email saying that they were going to mail my package in the next few days (after the email). So I wrote them about my disappointment in the way they handled my transaction. I don't have any problems with calling or writing businesses when I am upset with the way they handled things or if I am upset with their product.
Do you do the same or do you just let it go?

i will get a hold of the company and tell them what i think. if they can not send me what i order then i want my money back and i will keep checking my paypal account to make sure i get my refund. most of the time though i do not order online because like to see what it is i am paying for. if something i buy from a store does not work or is not what i really needed i will take it back and get my money back.
