What do you do when you are moody?

Hi my friends, I was quite moody recently due to some matters, i felt like i was unable to breathe. Then i dated my friend out to have some relaxing hours. I am feeling good now after i have talked to her. Seems like i just need to talk to somebody when i am stressed or moody. Then i will be better. What about you? What will you do if you are stressed or moody? Do you talk to yor friends and share with them? Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

i would play video games and have and have a chat with my friends... if not i'll listen to some good music...

Hi, vandhu. Hmmm..playing video games is a good choice, but i am afraid i would get addicted to it. Sometimes i will listen to the music i like too. I used this method all the time in the past, i loved to play the music loud when i was moody. But since my baby was born, i am no longer do this. Have a nice day!

I talk with my friend or my husband also when I am moody, but there are alot of times, I just like to be alone by myself for a while so I can try to think and bring myself out of it.

I was alone all the time when i was moody, but i found that would not help me out of the bad mood. In fact, i would think more negatively. That's why yesterday i dated my friend out and had a talk. I really felt relaxed afterwards and my hubby also felt that too. I think this is the best for me. Have a nice day!

It depends on what moods I am in. Whatever mood comes I have to fullfill that to obtain calmness. Like when I am in a mood to drink, I do it at any cost.

I usually try to get online, because if I'm moody, I don't really want to annoy someone with my mood. At least not someone I would see face to face. It's easier to hide moodiness when one is online. Or I'll call my mom. Sometimes she cheers me up, or I end up calling her and she happens to be moody as well. Then I cheer us both up.

Hi Lulu. First off I would watch this about the not being about to breathe. This could be a panic attack. I have them and that is what it sounded like. Friends can help. I have severe depression characterized by the panic attacks and social anxiety. Exercise, talking to friends, a good cry, whatever works. If it gets too bad I have to go on meds for a while.

When i have angry or sad.I will play the coputer or listen musics.I like to listen musics from Youtube.It makes me happy and better.

I usually go our and eat something.Food will make not only me but also everyone happy including you.I guess you went out and nothing more than eating something,yes or no?

If I'm feeling moody, i will do something different, something that will distract my mind out of the thing that make me feel moody, like watching funny clips, reading stuff that I like, or doing physical things like walking on the beach and if things really worst, I will cry my heart out and sleep, then by the time I wake up, I will feel better. I don't really like to talk about my problem to people, even to friends, but sometimes, maybe I want somebody to talk to, I will eventually slip it out. I know its good to have friends to talk about and good that you have one. Friends should help each other out

What I would do is that I usually would go for my favorite hot coffee and enjoy some music to take away my blues. Sometimes a stroll down the beach would help too.

If there is one person I know that is moody, I believe that I am top of the list. Maybe because I am too idealistic. I always expect that others would comply to my wishes, others will agree to what I am saying. Most of the time, they are having a hard time to understand me because of my mood. What I forget is that each one of us has her own ideas, beliefs and I completely ignored that. Maturity has made me to come to my senses. I believe that there is wisdom in silence. I try to contemplate on things before I react to them. This has helped me better understand other people.

When I am moody, I prefer to sleep or either watch TV. Once my mood is getting better,then I will look for friends for chatting and once the conversation is going on....my moody is gone and my cheerful day is coming.

I totally agree with you. I was very depressed for the past one week because I'd ended my relationship with a guy. Basically I've no mood to do anything at all. However I managed to contact some of my friends via online and started sharing with them about my problem. At times I would meet them for a drink and talk things out. No doubt they couldn't provide much advice but being good listeners have helped to me overcome the depression and continue on to move forward. So whenever I'm not in good mood, just look out for some friends and have some enjoyable time together. It helps...!!!!

When iam moody i usually express varying moods.I used to do things which i love to do.I think about my love and remember times when i was with him or with my family.sometimes,if possible like to spend time with my dear love.When i am in stress i will do such things like gardening,cleaning home,playing online games or else do prayer to reduce my stress.The best way to get out of stress is to listen music.Music will help you to boost yourself when you are moody and it will make you relax in stress as well.

I normally only get moody when i am angry or irritated by something. I like to separate myself from people i don't want to get moody with, to avoid any other conflict. For instance, in prior events i used to take my moodiness out of my boyfriend. Like i would be mad about something and he would say something to me and I'd snap back at him, when it wasn't necessary. I normally just cool off and do something that i find to be fun or relaxing, and if it is necessary i will use the ear of my best friend of 12 years. We are able to talk to each other and understand each other no matter how angry or frustrated one another are.

I never feel trouble, others told me. I generally think so, but sometimes, I just not. I don't care things much except jokes and humors, and mostly, I won't be greatly moody for this reason. However, when I separate with my girlfriend last year, I feel terrible. I had no energe to do anything in those days. I don't smoke nor drink. I sit around the lake in campus (just sit, not means something dangerous...) with a bottle of coca or some other drinks. I saw many couples there. They hug or kiss or just depend on each other, appreciating the lake under the moon and dark sky. one or two weeks later, I felt much better, and I didn't sit there any more. I'm alone, butwhat does it matter? I have many friends, my parents, and they care me much. I must be happy

Hello lulumartin...I would just go out and so something out there. Just walk alone or anything that suit my mood. If ever I would feel moody or something I will never stay home because the more if I would just stay there...

Normally keep myself to myself till the mood goes away,I keep busy and work it off.Then I feel better ,talking to certain friends also helps.You have a young baby so it is quite normal to feel moody as it is your hormones changing and shifting around.You will be fine just go with it and keep talking,mine is caused by the change of life so I tend to keep myself to myself.Other wise I would lose every friend I have.Not nice.exercise is the best one I used to walk miles with my babies ,fresh air clears the mind.

When I feel moody,I will not speak with anyone,and think some thing make me calm sometime I will shouting loudly ,after that I will be feel better!you can try it!
