What i must do if i am allergic to milk? Just avoid to drink milk?
But if i am intollerance to some food what i must to do?
What difference is to be allergic and to have intolerance to a specific food?
Do you have allergy to some food, or only you are intolerance?

Oh!That's bad, for all the food that you are allergic of milk. Milk is consider as one of the nutritious food that we had, so we should drink it everyday. But honestly speaking, i am not allergic to milk but since I was a kid, I never drink milk, that is why i am thin. I just don't feel drinking milk. With allergic food, I got no problems with that, all foods are being accepted by my stomach. So got no problem with it. What usually happen to you after drinking milk?

My doctor say that can be an allergy just to milk, because when i were kid, my mother push me to drink to much milk, and this reaction is just in my skin and stomach memory, and is hard to remove this, any medicine can t cure my allergy. Maybe is talking about just about smell...you know milk with cocoa or ice cream, or cheese have different smell. just to simple milk.

If you suspect that you have an allergy to milk or an intolerance, you should discontinue use of all milk products. Wait about 2 weeks, then try a small portion of a milk product. If you again have the reaction, you probably are allergic or intolerant.
An allergy is a reaction and is possibly more dangerous than intolerance. If you are intolerant your body will just throw it off. But if you are allergic your body will have one of many possible reactions... hives, breathing difficulties and many other dangerous reactions.
You should possible research other products to use in place of milk products. (soy, almond milk, etc)

You might try some of the Soy Silk products( I am partial to the chocolate) and also there is Almond Breeze that are both healthy alternatives to milk.

I'm allergic to nuts and maple artificial flavoring,so I'm stay away from it. You get use to not eat what your body doesn't take well,I have a brother that if he eats nuts his throat swell inside and has a hard time to breath. So this is allergic and intolerance about that kind of food so it means stay away from it if you want to live longer.

Hi icesmile.
The difference between a food allergy and a food intolerance is usually the reaction time when you begin to notice symptoms.
If you have a food allergy you will probably start to notice symptoms such as rashes, hives, diarrehea and vommiting much quicker than you would with a food intolerance. In some cases food allergies can cause people to go into anapyhlactic shock. So in the short term at least, food allergies are a lot more life-threatening than food intolerances.
However, food intolerances can become dangerous over time as if you have a food intolerance your body will not process the vitamins and minerals that are present in the food and so it can cause serious difficiencies which will effect your health when you get older.
So it is important to find out whether exactly you have a food allergy or a food intolerance. Your doctor should be able to tell you which you have.
If you have a food intolerance, by mixing milk with other foods it doesn't necessarily mean you are getting all the nutrients from the milk. By mixing the milk with fruit for example, it might just be going through your body unnoticed and without causing a reaction. Therefore, the calcium contained in the milk still might not be being processed properly by your body so you should really look into other foods you could drink or eat to provide you with a good source of calcium.
I have read that sometimes a milk intolerance can be caused by the lactose that is contained within milk. In this country you can buy lactose free milk which makes a good alternative. Soya milk is also a good alternative as it contains a lot of nutrients. It does taste different though so it might take a bit of time to get use to drinking.
