What is your favourite type of cake?

My favorite is German Chocolate or Carrot Cake. These are both very Sweet with being Diabetic, but I will try and have a slice of these every once in a while. I did find one Carrot Cake in Sugar Free that was not too bad either.

I love Black Forest and Blueberry Cheesecakes and I really want to learn how to bake my own cakes. Yummy.

Chocolate cake all the way! Yum! I can even eat chocolate cake for breakfast and not have rumbling stomach. i like it THAT much.

My favorite is Carrot Cake, because of the spice in it. I think it contains nutmeg. It's very delicious.

My favorite type of cake is actually one that I make (I'm a baker). I start with a simple mocha cake, and make two layers of it. In the middle, I put a layer of dark chocolate ganache and then a layer of coffee mousse, then the second layer of cake. I frost it with a mocha buttercream frosting, then another layer of the dark chocolate ganache, then decorate it with chocolate covered coffee beans, white chocolate flakes and a bittersweet chocolate drizzle. It's really intense, but everyone I've made it for has said it's one of the best they've ever had.

I like chocolate cake with vanilla frosting. Pretty simple. My woman likes confetti cake, the whole way.
