I know there are many people out there trying to keep up or keeping up with there weight some fail others are successful. It takes lots of will power to keep up with your weight and be a very healthy person.
Well yeah I keep up with my weight but now and then I gain 2-3 pounds maybe 5 lol.. after a period of time and i notice it so I just lose it. I have to admit it can be hard to keep up with.

It happens some people have babies or a child then gain weight right afterwards. Hey what ever you do don't eat then go to sleep you will only gain more weight. You body has so much energy or some energy and it's not using it so it will just store as Fat. So no one wants that other then people who want to gain weight. But yeah.. Just keep on trying and don't give up. I wish you the best of luck and I know you soon will lose all that weight that you gain and you wont feel so blah.. Take care =]

I go to the gym four times a week and do a lot of training both on the cv equipment and the weights, I was told by my instructor not to get weighed because I am putting on muscle and so my weight will go up. I am the right weight for my height, I am 6 foot 2 and weigh 13 stone 10. The lowest I have been is 12 stone 7 and the heaviest I was in my teens at 16 stone! I usually tell by my clothes that I am losing or putting on weight, fortunately because I have been doing more cycling, my waist size has gone down to "32 which is pleasing. I find that diets don't work for me it's only working out at the gym that I keep my weight right.

I use to be very over weight 3 years ago I lost 102 pounds and I kept it off and I'm slowly gaining weight back but with muscle. I use to check my weight everyday but word of advice is to stop I usually check once a week then once a every 2 weeks then once a month. After that I just stop checking and start looking in the mirror and let that tell me it all.. Everyone wants that nice body. not perfect but nice no such thing is perfect in my book. but yeah.. Just try not looking at your weight over and over. you will just get in fights with yourself and it can lead to many bad things.. trust me ..

I dont keep up with my weight, unfortunately, my weight keep up with me! No matter how fast I run to get rid from it, it will come back chasing me. I'll lose it, gain it back. It is something that very loyal to me and doesnt leave me alone!

I'm around the same range as well.. I usually just weigh 135 and try to keep it there but there days I eat more then others well a week.. It's weird like this week I ate a lot last week I didn't eat like that.. I don't really check on my weight I rarely get on a scale I let the mirror tell me if I'm gaining weight or not.. Scaled can be evil sometimes. lol..
