I have recently started exercising by walking briskly every morning, my body feels okay but, I am not a person that likes exercise but, I'm just trying something new. People say that exercising is very good for the body and it relaxes the mind and body. What do you think?

Yes, exercising is very important in my life and anyone's life. I've started running about 2 yrs ago and it has changed my body tone. I gained more muscles and lost some unwanted fats. I also tried pilates exercise about 5 yrs ago but I stopped because I hurt my left groin at some point and it now locks up every now and then. What I do now is stretching before and during running. Yesterday i wasn't feeling so good so I just did a 30-min walk. It made a difference. I feel better now. Please make exercise a regular habit. It's good for you. It also relieves stress. I have to tell you though that exercise is USELESS if you're not eating healthy foods. Goodluck!
