I am on a weight loss program for 4 months now. I lost 18lbs already and i am working to lose 15-17lbs more. Any suggestions on how to lose it in a month's time? Thanks.

Try pole dancing. Very nice and relaxing as well as great for weight watchers and those who wanna loose weight.

To lose 17 pounds in one month you would need to burn 59,500 calories. That breaks down to 14,875 calories a week, 2,125 calories a day. (that is above what you consume...unless your working out for 3-5 hours, might not be an easy task to reach. How is your eating now and are you on a work out program?

That is really too much to lose in a month and even if you lost it I think you would probably gain it back the next month. If you worked really hard and did not eat alot you could probably lose like eight to ten pounds in a month. That would be a healthier thing to do and something you could probably keep off if you wanted to.

I think it is really good that you have lost all that weight in a short time! What plan are you on? I need to get on that plan as well lol. I understand that it may be hard but you just have to eat healthy and exercise exercise exercise. =/. I am trying to exercise everyday but you just have to have the willpower to do so. I would like to lose about 10-15 lbs but I don't know how to do that in one month myself.

15-17 pounds is a LOT to try to lose in a month, but kudos to you for making such a courageous goal. I think if you make sure to exercise, maybe work out 4-5 times per week - and I mean a good, cardio, fat-blasting workout (I personally like biking, running, and playing tennis - or the combination of the three in one day). I would ALSO HIGHLY SUGGEST drinking A LOT of water, quit drinking soda (and only limit yourself to one cup of coffee per day, if you're addicted, like me) and really cut out the unhealthy fats && refined carbs. I think you might as well try. Put your best foot forward, and good luck to you!
