Is it really HARD TO QUIT SMOKING???

well?? for me,,yes its very hard to quit smoking, i started it when i was 13 year old,and now im 26,i realize that its almost 13 years when i started it,for now i want to quit but yet it is still hard for me,i already try not to smoke for an hour still,,i cant do it,what more for a day without smoking? i feel like im dying.. guys who want to share your opinion,i'll be glad to read it
