A braint-scratcher, who would you save? what would you do?!?!

You are driving a car that only fits 2 people. You are driving in the middle of a desert in the middle of nowhere and found 3 stranded people on the way. The first is an old lady dying that need to be admitted to a hospital immediately. The second is an old friend that helped you earlier in your life, you owe him/her, and this is your chance to repay him/her the service. The third is the girl/guy of your dreams, if you did not talk to them you will lose any chance to see them again. Who would you save? What would you do?

I will give the car to my friend and let him to take the old lady for admitting in the hospital.Then i will join with my girl. Is that okay? Thanks for the discussion!!!

I would have choice 3 and 1 drive the vehicle to safety. Me and my good friend would hold on to the back of the car, unless that's not an option, then we would walk. And hopefully live. Maybe follow some tire tracks unless those blow away quickly.

Good one, and some very sincere responses too. I agree to giving the car to either the friend or the girl to drive the old lady to hospital, but if I had to stay with the car, I would save the lady...Why? A good friend never expect anything in return for what he has done, and he would agree that I take the lady. The girl might end up not liking me, or if we do get married, maybe it won't work. I can always get another girl. As for the old lady, well she deserves to be taken care of and enjoy the last of her years in peace not dying in the desert, the younger ones stand a chance to survive far better than the lady. Ps. maybe she has lots of bux and give a great reward.... Just kidding...

I really only see two choices. Since we are in the middle of a desert in the middle of nowhere, there's no way I can get the old lady to a hospital if she's dying and needs to be admitted immediately. I can't save her, she needs to be admitted immediately and I'm in the middle of nowhere. So with her out of the equation, I'd pick my old friend over a stranger, regardless of how hot they were.
