if i were to take over the position being the president of the united states i will concentrate on bail out project to help those people who experiencing hardship,to avoid foreclosures of their properties,and i think loan modification would be the best solution for those options,like, to extend the term of the loan,give lowest interest rate,or give them the lowest fixed rate morgage payment,coz some morgage companies giving unfair options like doing shortsale or foreclosure that homeowners won't appreciate it at all specially when the loan bacame a balloon..
