Has anyone had companies terminate them when asking for payment?

Has anyone had any sites they worked on and then after you asked for payment they decided to terminate your account? I just had this happen to me from swag bucks. It took me 3 months to get 2 $5.00 gift cards and when I ask for them they terminated my account. Made me furious.
