Tired of GPT sites

Is it just me or is anyone else tired of GPT sites. Last year I made over $400 dollars on a couple of GPT sites and now I can't get an approval on ANY offers. I am doing everything the same but still get denied. Can anyone give any advice of what I am doing wrong??

Cashcrate is the only website that I can get offers to approve. You could check the forums on your GPT websites for tips to getting offers to approve. I've heard that using different emails help with getting offers approve because companies want new email addresses to add to their mailing list.
