You just need to have a PayPal account. It's very simple Of course, sometimes PayPal will want you to make your account verified, meaning show them you have a bank account or a credit card, in order to allow you to spend whatever money is in your PayPal account.

you can go to paypal.com and sign up , you can spend the money from your paypal account you can have paypal send you a check or a prepaid debit card but you do have to show paypal you have a bank account , when you sign up they will put 2 small deposits in your bank account and then you can call your bank and get the amounts and then log into your paypal account and they will ask for the 2 amounts and then you are done. i hope this helps.if you don't have a bank account then you will have to call pay pal to find out what you can do. i hope that helps
