I think failure is necessary to success. You may find success without failure, but you will not appreciate it near as much.

I believe it is because it allows you to see you faults at that time and then next time you tend to eliminate them and do better. Without failure there wouldnt be success. I dont think you can name one inventor who invented something great without having many failures. For example Thomas Edison is a good example and the invention of the light bulb. He failed at it until he got it right and he never gave up.

Yes, failure inspires us to do better. We should strugle and work hard so that we meet the exact goal of what we want to be so if you failed in one task do not give up. Do your best and you will get what you want to be.Work hard, determination, and faith will give you the way to success in life

If not for success, it is sure a stepping stone to dissappointment.
What I believe is that it all depends on the perception of a person. If he/she takes failure sportily and decides to overcome it then it is a stepping stone to success. But if he takes it the other way round, then failure is sure the stepping stone to more failure...

As you said Taking failures or successes as steping stones depends on thinking or perception of individuals, but i think that even though the failures cause disappointment and make us upset, people can learn from it and they avoid doing the same mistake again.I think after failure everyone may wants to do better next time even they have disappointment.

You are correct, but if one fails for too many times, then he might start thinking that he is not worth doing it at all. Remember the story of the grapes being sour...
So, if you fail, I think there should be someone who would keep a hand on your shoulder saying, I know you can do it. This will surely make failure a stepping stone to success...

100% YES!!! I do take all my failure as my next stepping stone to SUCCESS! What one should do is analyze the mistake or failure. You'll get the point to success. Remember not to repeat your mistake!

Yes of course for me too.In every failure we get a chance to know something that will be a key for success.I do not want to get succeed when fluke , i want to know how i get succeed and i want to know everything when i get success. In my life i failed in 3 interviews. And in every failure i learned something and in my 4th interview i got a massive victory. So Failure is always a step for success.
Thanks for the discussion!!!

failure is a big factor for us to be successful.. basically, if you fail for something, it will lead you into two ways.. 1.) to give up.. or 2.) to have the eagerness and willingness to double the effort to be successful, to make sure that the same errors and mistakes will not be done again.., and strenghten us to prove that we have something to show..

For me failure means success. If you fail many times it means that you're near on the top. During your failure you learn from that and makes you better next time. Never treat failure as the end instead make it as a beginning. Beleive on what you are doing and you will succeed.

That's very true! Because when you fail, you learn, there's a huge chance that you won't commit the same mistake again.

Yes,you are absolutely right.I too believe that failures are steping stones to success.By failures only we can know about our talent and it let us know how perfect we are in a particular thing.By doing mistakes we can know how to rectify and solve them also.If we are failed once then definitely we will try to do it next time.By this we can get yhe determination and interest in what ever we are doing.
Mistakes are not crimes if we rectify those they are key to success.

Failure is always a stepping stone.. How do you know what not to do if you dont fall..There are many believe if you fail to plan that you plan to fail. you can succeed only so long without stumbling or struggling.
