Hey,
Well the way I do it, is that I just try and not think about my past mistakes ever. I just know that I have actually done them, but I just try not to actually think about them. Then they will not haunt me and will go away. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

I usually beat myself up from my mistake.then, when I realized how stupid I could be,I just shrug and laugh it off.laughing helps me realize that I am human and allowed to make mistakes.then I make a mental note to avoid making the same mistake again.I just live it easy.

Mistakes are lessons for success.I take the lesson and forget the incident. It is like a scenario what we are seeing in the films. And if time goes it will vanish from our mind automatically.
Thanks for the discussion!!!

Letting go of your past means accepting of that there's is nothing you can do to change the past. You did the best you could. Know that you are good, loving and effective as you could have been. If you were to go back, you couldn't do anything differently because that's who you were and that's what you knew then. It's done, let go fo your past and learn to forgive your mistakes.
