I conserve energy like switching off unnecessary lights, you help the earth and cut off electricity bills by a good percentage. I use the handpump when washing the rags, blankets, curtains, with these I save on water bills.
I eat out once in a blue moon and walk to the market because it's l less than a kilometer. i don't buy anymore unwanted things and even clothes I only buy when i needed it for an occasion. And we have a small vegetable garden at home and some are in pots for lack of space.

I keep a simple way of life. I recycle things. I walk or catch a bus to school instead of bringing out our family car. I keep my old simple mobile phone instead of buying the latest model. I only buy new clothes when I really need to. I only buy shoes and bags when what I have been using finally give up. I only buy food that I can consume. I turn off the lights when I go to bed. I turn the faucet off while I brush my teeth. I use the shower and not the tub. I do not keep any credit card which only means expensive money. I save my coins. I do not think of things I don't have. I fake a smile when a tear is about to fall. (^_^)
