You know, that might work. The other day, my friend gave me just the word "thief" and i wrote an entire poem about it. I'll try to brainstorm some more ideas, and see where that takes me. Thanks a lot. :)

Whenever I hit a brick wall, I go out and take a walk. If it is during the day, I look at the clouds, trees, birds, flowers, and try to feel the coming of the wind. When nature gets sickening, writing wise, I go to a crowded place and just observe people and how each individual fumes with uniqueness. If it is during the night, I go out and just listen to the sounds. I allow them to enter my mind and bring me pictures of the past. If I get too tired, I take a nap. Somehow giving myself time to refresh my system also brings me new lines to add to my work.

I'll try that. Maybe do a little soul-searching, just to see if that sparks some inspiration, eh? Maybe take a walk in the desert? Sounds good to me.

If you'd need to come to that point, why not? Real poets do what they believe they need to do for art's sake.
