Does any PTC site really pay you?

Recently i came across a few sites that offered around "$100 - $200" just for reading their mails & adds. And the sign up charges are free, which you can of course upgrade.
But the fact is many of them are scam.....
Have you come across any such site that actually paid YOU????????????
