Why is Neobux so popular when it doesn't even pay to Paypal accounts?

From what I seen while doing a quick look at Neobux it seems they don't even pay to Paypal. Why exactly is it so popular, then? I still don't really trust AlertPay and that is one of the payment processors. Makes me wonder. Why do you think neobux is so popular?

I use Neobux and they have been paying into my paypal. My question would be why do you think that neobux doesn't pay into paypal?

I loaded their website up and at the bottom the "paypal" button wasn't there. Guess what? I loaded it again and it is now. Wish I could delete discussions, aha. The first time I loaded the website though the Paypal button was nonexistant(and this was earlier today.)

It does get annoying when sites don't load up properly.

I have been paid several times from neobux to my PAYPAL account. Neobux just charges a fee to use paypal. Is that what you are talking about?
