Why should some nations deny others the privilege of having nuclear weapons? Doesn't each country have the right to pursue knowledge and let its scientists experiment with whatever they want whether its radioactive or not? IS AMERICA JUSTIFIED IN MONOPOLISING NUCLEAR POWER?
