Do you pray before you go to sleep?

Hello Martin, I always say a little prayer,not only before sleeping but each time i had or i need to thank the Lord above for everything He done in my life. It doesn't need to be inside our bed or inside the church/chapel/temple but we can talk to HIM even in the most unexpected places.It's GOD's presence that matters most when we bow down our heads and say our thanks. Yes, I always pray before I sleep. It is not for thanking god for the whole day, but for making the next day a better one. Put it in another way, I bribe the god with prayers, for making the next day a better one than today.

Hi there, well i have to confess that sometimes i forget to pray. When i am praying to God i told Him everything after that I really feel happiness but sometimes i forget to pray when i am tired. Sometimes i pray but in the middle of my prayer i sleep already when i wake up in the morning i always think if i finish my praying that night. Anyway, i always want to pray thats how i can communicate to God and hope that i will not be lazy to do this thing. Keep on mylotting.

Yes, I make it a point to say my prayers before I retire at night. Sometimes, when I feel so tired, I just say thank you for the whole day's blessings. I think that prayer is not an obligation but an opportunity for us to talk to God.

I actually try to have communication with the Lord all day long. Just small phrases and talks to say thank you. If it was a special day I talk longer about it in the evening.

We were taught from the start to always pray before God. Wherever we are. Every night before going to sleep, the family does a devotional prayer. We need that to strengthen not only the bond between the members of the family, but most of all the faith in God. Good day!

yes i do. my husband and i do a devotional prayer every night before sleeping... and i don't just pray at night,i also pray when i wake up, just a little prayer and thanking God for a new day, we pray before we leave the house...i pray most of the time, even if its just on my mind...i always pray...and i really believe that prayers do a lot of things in my life! have a nice day!

no I dont, in a word, as I have yet to be convinced of the existance of a super being etc etc there are too many unanswered questions and you are the only person in charge of your own destiny so what you do in a day is governed by your own actions not by some god or super being
