When I was younger the first paperback I read was by Barbara Cartland, a few Mills & Boon followed then. After I got tired of all the romance, I opted for mystery novels from Agatha Christie mostly. A few espionage novels in between the mysteries. And a few years back I got me a cheap copy of It by Stephen King and I got hooked.
I don't think that my mood has anything to do with my choice of books though.

I like to read many different kinds of books. I often read self help books and inspirational books. Át the moment I am reading a book by Wayne Dyer, it is called "The power of intention" and so far I like it very much. Wayne Dyer is one of my favourite authors. I like to read books about new age, psychology, psychiatry, nursing and I also enjoy books about other countries/cultures and travelling. When I read fiction I prefer horror stories and books based on real stories. I read novels, short stories and poems (sometimes) I am interested in a lot of different things and my choice usually depends on my mood.

I have not read many books and stories but there were some stories that surely affected me and my way of thinking.
I love those kinds of stories.

Well, I love to read books of scientific genre. The time does certainly not depend on my mood. Any time when i find myself free, i get a book on relativity or quantum mechanics or astronomy or something like that and start solving the problems in it.
I also like good novels. If my mood is a bit too relaxed and not willing to twist itself, only then i spend my time on novels.
But, most of the time goes in monotonous study of my syllabus books or books on programming, software development, computer architecture etc.
Happy Mylotting!!
