work from home or in the office

I have never experienced working from home during my entire career. But I think it is more convenient to work in the office since the power there is stable and you do not have the risk of losing your internet connection when you are doing your work especially if your work needs the use of computer.
I am just wondering if most of you guys prefers working from home or in the office.

Money is the most important thing! People who go to office to work are also cool you know. At least I feel I am cool, because when I was not working I used to feel that people who go to work have a sense of purpose in their stride. They looked useful.I prefer to work in a office. Honestly speaking,I never have that opportunity to work from home except earning in Mylot.

You are right that everyone of us need money to survive. I too have never experienced working from home but I am hoping to experience it sooner than expected.

I think I would definitley like to work in an office, not because of power cuts etc. etc. but when you go to office, you dress up, you are active, you meet friends and collegues, and though the pressure of work is there and the boss too, its much better for my type of people who enjoy company. Staying home means not bothering to dress up, being alone with the computer and of course being your own boss. Besides these days work from home sites are more of a scam, and I would really appreciate if anybody knew of any such good sites. Thanks.

That is a good point in choosing to work in the office over working from home. Though going to the office is quite stressful since you need to travel for some hours, I guess it can help enhance our health somehow.

I like to work from office only. But my problem is my work is some times outside office means field work, sometimes in the office and sometimes at my home. I wanted to work full time from my office only. I hav no fear of powercuts as there is a UPS at home and a Generator at my office

Of course there's no place like home...the best if we add it on our business. One of this is online business which is already the trend. The big advantage of working home is you own your time. No time pressure because you own the time and you would have a quality time of your family...

I agree with you that more and more people tend to go for online business since if you have such, you will have your own schedule and you can do your work without any pressure from your boss and you will have much quality time with your family.

Yup.. I agree to this. If you work at home you`ll never gonna successfully finish your work since there`s really lots of temptation. Unlike when you are in the office, you only focus on work.

I have always worked in an office and I think I am getting use to this because I am used to get up early and prepare myself to go to work, even if it is a routine life atleast I know that I am getting to know different people too. And as for the problems in connection then I think this is one of the many reasons too to work in an office.
