i hate computer virus!

If you are not well familiar with computer maintenance then make the settings so that the anti virus software itself can make the decisions if they found any virus. If you are prompted for the actions, if your are not sure as what to do, then hit on the quarantine so that they can be kept in a separate folder and they can not do anything harm to your computer.If the software is not able to delete or disinfect the virus file, they will move the infected items into quarantine folder, in general. IF the compressed files are infected and if you try to delete the virus, then the entire file will be deleted in case of some anti virus software.So take care when compressed folders are infected .

Hey, Yea I know what you mean, well personally I do not really know what it means either to quarantine or to delete, but I usually just do both of them, which ever option it has for that particular virus. i hate viruses too! i'm glad though that i no longer have to worry about it. no matter what i do online like visit phisher sites or open a file that has a virus, it always prompts me. i just love my antivirus. and the best thing about it is that i downloaded it for free. i'm using avast home pro. there's also another version which is avast professional pro but the home pro has a higher rating. it's really a great antivirus and it easily detects viruses. plus you get updates very often so you won't have to worry about the latest virus definitions. what i love about it most is that it doesn't slow my computer. i've tried AVG, Norton, PC-cillin before and i was never satisfied with them. Norton slowed down my computer and the other two didn't really work that great. try downloading Avast. you can download it for free at downloading sites. :-)

I think Kaspersky is one of the best anti-virus software. I use it more years, find it functions is excellent?Hope you can keep away from the virus by using Kasersky

Before I used AVG as my antivirus because its free but the sad part, my laptop still gets lots of viruses and AVG can't detect some of the new viruses right now. One day I saw someone on the internet suggesting to use ESET Nod32, and I didn't hesitate to give it a try. And until right my antivirus was ESET Nod32, and i am satisfied with its cleaning power, and it really blocks malicious attacks.

Well we're on the same boat. My computer was just infected by Conficker virus B and C. It was terrible because it keeps hanging my computer and disabling my audio. Before i was like "Well, virus are sissies. They can't even infect my computer with just using a somple antivirus." Now, i take that back. It was 2 days of hell for me. I just got rid of it few hours ago when i used Microsoft's removal tool. I tried like maybe 3 or 4 softwares that will "remove" but still they failed. i was even pondering of reformatting my computer bring with it my precious files. I do hope it's over now. I'm using Avast Home.

I always use Kaspersky. I find its function is excellent. I recommend it to you, hope you can keep away from the virus.

If you are starting to use updated and licensed Antivirus like Norton or Kaspersky then like me you will love the virus. Use Updated and licensed copy antivirus.

ya me too (and my kaspersky antivirus) also hate virus.....i think kaspersky 2010version is better...you just try this one as a trial
