You do you want to make a note of your discourager? There is no point to noting them and caring them. They may insult you or they may make fun out of you. This is your life and they are not going to do any help to make you get a job. So leave those comments and make those insults as your challenge. Work hard and live your life. Be confident in you and equip you to the maximum you can and strike better.Good luck!!!

Hi......Ajith
Be positive. Put good effort, you will achieve one day whatever you wanted.Dont listen to your friends. Hardwork will always pay. English is not our mother tongue. You can learn and speak fluently with no time. China is the most populated country and most chinese are not fluent in English. But they are the most developing country. So dont worry about the fluency in English. you can learn it

please dont bother about that words, instead of that you take it as a challenge, one day you will get a job and you should show to them that u got a job...if they are like your friendship means then they should definitely praise you at that time...

Hi:
It takes a great deal of time and effort to become fluent in any language - English is tough because of all the slang. Hang in there, do the best that you can. If your friends don't like the way you speak English, ask them why they don't help you to learn.

I am not sure these are "friends". A friend would be supportive of you when you are going through any kind of difficulty. They should be helping you in all your endeavors; whether that is helping you with your english, or looking for employment. The point of friendship is not to demean, but to be a help through all times.
