In every relationship, a couple must have communication. No matter it is a good news or bad news, they have to communicate, and in trying to find a best solution. Besides talk, a little bit sense of humor can be added as a tasteful flavor. A couple must laugh a little bit once while, to keep this relationship relaxing, and loosen up. So everyone can relieve from stresses. Otherwise, both of you might living in a dull, and boring life, don't you agree?
P.S. different people might have different sense of humor, so, be selective sometimes on your sense of humor.

My dear you are absolutely right to say that humour is important in a relationship, just remember your nice young friend whose boyfriend smacked her, there wasn't much humour there was there. But more importantly than humour remember what I advised you in one of our other nice chats, you must make sure that the nice young man has enough money to look after you and you can make humour with your other friends but having money is much more important than humour.

yes i strongly agree that there is two things you have to have to have a good relationship and that's trust and laughter. if you don't have trust then you wont be able to have a relationship at all it just wont work.and the other is laughter if you don't laugh than yea it going to be boring , some will loose interest and it will fall apart.

I have to agree with you they do say that it is good to laugh.
That is what attracted me to my partner in the first place he has a great sense of humour.
We still have a laugh nearly everyday as he is always playing the fool.
