why girls are moody !?

I am a girl and yes I am moody, and I have girl friends that also the same. why girls are moody? and why boys not?

mm yeh girls are moody. maybe it is in hormones lolx.. :) I am Moody when I have my monthly period lolxx.. :p

I admit for some few times I am moody when I'm not feeling well. But here in our home my brothers and sisters are very understanding. So when times come that I'm in bad mood they are always here to make me happy.
I think the environment is a factor too. Whenever I'm in a cool and peaceful place I feel very fresh of course and I'm in good mood always.
There are some say that when a woman is on her menopausal period this will tend to make her so moody. And other believe that a woman without a loved one tends to become moody too.
