How do I get started in the Money Trading business?

Any advice on that? Do I absolutely need a broker? Where do I start? Has anyone made money with it? I really need some advice. I don't even know what kind of questions to ask, but from what I've read, it looks like you can start with a very, very low amount of money and "leverage" up. I just need as much info as I can get, if anyone has any to give :)
