terminate all instances of internet explorer, then start a Command Prompt. In the Command Prompt, type:
cd c:\documents and settings\networkservice\local settings\temporary internet files\content.ie5
then type:
rd ./s/q
That should remove all files in that cache area...

Hi,
Thanks! I just did the above and it sent me to an area with files or something and I just deleted every one of them...but, I never typed in rd./s/q as it did not show a place to type that.
I think you are a computer genius to me and I'm so grateful and hope and pray this works!
Blessings

Glad you were able to get rid of the pesky file... Just make sure you have all preventative measures in place such as AntiSpyware and AntiVirus... One more thing you can do, which is very simple, is to use openDNS for DNS resolution... In combination with PhishTank, sites that are known to be of a malicious nature are blocked from ever reaching your browser... ^_^

Restart your system.. Press F8 in the start up.. you will be forwarded to option menu.. just choose safe mode to start the system. and after starting the system just go to C:\Documents and Settings\NetworkService\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
and remove all the contents..
Good Luck..
