Im new to myLot. Any pointers or tips?

Hey myLot users. So Im new to this. I figured I would try to make a little money but im a little confused on how this works.. Does anybody have any tips that could help me get started? I have yet to "discuss" anything. I think it would be interesting. Thank you very much =]
