Do You believe December 12, 2012?

All the research I've done on it and the shows I've watched on reputible channels, like the History Channel and Discovery, makes me think that the end is near. I hadn't realized that 9/9/09, 10/10/10...etc...That's a really cool point. Let me put it this way...I won't be building any underground bunkers for December of 2012, but I think I will be a little uneasy that entire month. I might just be a little nicer to others just in case. lol.

If you take a deeper look, the Mayan calendar does not predict the end of life, but rather the end of a cycle. Just what that means, we don't know. We are due for a pole shift (magnetic reversal of the North and South poles), and some believe that has something to do with it. The Mayans had an intricate cycle of cycles... but we have to remember that their world has already ended, so for themselves, they were wrong. I don't believe there is any way anyone can predict with certainty the end of life on this planet or the end of time. Jesus said that no one knows the time, only the Father. Can you imagine the stupidity and horror we would face if we knew for sure when the world would come to an end? I, for one, am glad we do not know.

I do not believe that such a prediction. I believe that the Day / end of the day was in the hands of GOD and no one who knows when will happen. So, Enjoy your Life

I really don't believe it. I know for fact that our earth is in a period where its going to go through a rough phase but that doesn't mean the prediction made by the Mayan is right. They were really genius but what they predicted can't really be true. If it is then just wait to see what happens. Perhaps thats the best way to know about it. After all its not that far away in the future.

I don't believe on this prediction...how many faiths,religions have ever stated their predictions and they all failed. God only knows when is the right time for judgement...and not for people to predict when it is.

I dont really believe it. Only God knows when will gonna be the end, not depends on people's calendar. =="

I don't think the world will end just because of a date. I think it's really stupid to believe something like that. But then again I think religion is also a really stupid thing. I think it's just something made up by people years ago to make them feel better and give them a reason to live and it's been around so long now that everyone believes in it now.
