In our life, we have to face problems such as exams, jobs, money, family, love, investment and retirement. So many problems we have to worry. Did worry help you solve the problems? It doesn't make us feel better, but it does wasting our time. So why do we have to worry about something?
Do you worry about something? What are you worrying about? Have you find a good method to solve the problems after worrying?

There are times that I let myself worry about things. But, I usually don't focus on these things too long. I know that there are certain things that I can control, and certain things that are out of my control, so I try to focus my energy on things I can control or fix. I think the thing that I worry about most easily is money and expenses. But, like I said I try to focus my energy on work on making money so that I don't have that hanging over me.

Hi friend,
Every body in this world are having worries one day or other. If worries comes to me,first i will listen to music and make myself cool for sometimes, then i think about the solutions for the worries i get and try to solve them one by one accordingly.See friend, the world doesn't stop one day as you are worried.I think every one should learn things from nature. It regularly do its things whatever worse things happens around the world that day.Keep in mind that "For every problem there is solution".Thats all your worries are solved and keep in faith in God.You are done.
Have a nice day

Worrying only adds burden. Solving one problem one at a time will help.

I have been a worrier ever since. I worry even in the very minute details in my life. And when I am worried , I do not talk much. This allows me to reflect and think deeper. To me, worrying is good because it makes me focused on a particular issue. What is important is that you know your limitations; you know how to handle your worries because if not, one might end up in a psychiatric ward.
Thank you. Happy mylotting!

well for me.i already found the answer for that... i never worried bout my problems just turn my back at it and smile on it. because problems are endless... you maybe solve most of it but not all of it. just keep on fixing them as possible as you can. never give but and thats the best tool for that. and do u know that God can test you with those problems? he wants to test you. just keep on fighting about your problems...

Hello,
Yes you are right, worry doesn't help anything at all but it just a small feeling that just can't find the way out. Of course I am worry, but while im worry, I also think and try to find solution of my problem too. Family, I have. I have two wonderful children and lovely husband... but the thing that I worry about is my job. it is getting so slow than what I expected. So, Im thinking what could bring it up and what should I do to keep it above the water.
It is so hard to make money these days cuz of economy... hope thing will get better

I do worrya about things even though I know that nothing can be done by worrying other than it affects my health. But, I can't stop worrying - I think it is human to be like that. Now, I am worried about my visa. My husband lives in USA and I live in India. He has gone after four months of our marriage and I badly want to join with him.

Sorry to hear that. I know what you feel, because one and half year before, my gf went to Australia to study, and now I am in Australia with her.
Human knows happy and sad, angry and worry. Points are how do we control them to make our life better.
I really hope you can see your husband shortly. Best wish to you.
By the time is coming, happy myLotting =D

I don't worry about much. Because if you worry to much you are just stressing your self out more. So i try not to worry a lot. The only time i worry is when my baby is sick. Other then that i don't worry.

I'm a born worrier...I worry when there's nothing to worry about...But I've found that when I don't worry about something, is when it goes wrong...If I'm too optimistic and think everything's going to be all right, it often isn't...So I hedge my bets now and don't take anything for granted...Sorry if that sounds pessimistic, but it's the way I am...neurotic!

No worries. Don't you think that nothing is worse than something goes wrong? I know everyone will upset when things happened. Try not to worry about it, think about how to fix the problem is what we have to be done. Life won't be smooth so that we can have improvement. Take it easy my friend.

Like all of us, we worry, especially the way the economy is now. I mostly worry about my job, I could get laid-off at any time and it worried me for some time, but I decided instead of worrying and stressing about it to make my health ill, to try and get Peace. I am not there yet, but hope I am on the right path. I have always been the one to land on my feet and if I should lose my job I know this time it won't be that easy, but I needed a new challenge. Keep our chin up!

We often see successful people telling us their hardship experiences. I believe they did not waste time burying them in worrying or complaining, but make every effort to build up their capability brain and soul. They showed gratitude to going through the hardships. I appreciate their merit to keep head high in front of problems.

Hi kenraku
I'm a father of a beautiful and smart daughter. At this time, we have to pay high cost for education, home, healthy food. I want to give the best for my child. Can I ?? This question often makes me worry. Than I go out, looking around and listen to other people story of life. Than I realize, everybody ever feel the same thing like i do. Everybody ever been at my place before. But they can give best education for their children even though they don't have high salary. There's a will there's a way, just do your best.
happy myLotting

Well, i never worried about such thing like exams, results, future, etc. The only thing i worry about is doing a work alone, i am so confused person and scared of making any decision. I always want a company for doing any job, its not important that person should be very wise but even if i am accompanied by a 5 year old child, i feel relaxed. I dont know why it happens even i know that person cant do anything for me. Happy mylotting!

Yes I worry about stuff... Sometimes it is just a waste of time... Things that I really shouldn't worry about because there really isn't anything that I can do about it.. But then there are other times that I have worried about things; that made me come up with a solution either talking with friends and family or just stirring it around in my head for awhile... I have noticed the older I get the less I seem to worry about.. Not sure if this is right or not.. But it seems like if someone does not worry about anything does that mean they do not care about anything or the fact that they are happy with life??
