An UPGRADE or PURCHASE? What do you prefer with an OUTDATED PC in hand?

This choice always depends on what the store has got till date.If I have to get one/two new parts for my computer/laptop ,I would always go with the upgrade rather than changing my whole computer. From the day onward I have bought my computer,I have made many upgrades,since I got my computer after a lot of yes and no,I love my computer as it is,it has actually become a daily friend,to get to my real friends.To buy a new one only come s in my mind when the budget is appropriate,otherwise I satisfy with the existing features and the performance.

just for programming anf learing small small stuffs outdated is okei but for high end works just throw it out and see it sail over the sky!
