Really really Happy

Smiling and Laughing sometimes doesn't really define as happiness. Pretenders use it as cover for their sorrowful life. What are the real proofs for you to be able to say that you are really, really, REALLY HAPPY?

You're right about people faking to be happy sometimes. I myself am gulity of doing that...smiling as front, yet alone and sad in reality. Maybe that's one reasone why people can't believe when i am really sad... because when I am not happy... I go shopping to relieve myself. That in mind... I guess one of the proofs of me being happy is when I don't go splurging too much...maybe because I am contented... or I don't need to shop to relieve me from something.

Thank you for sharing. I think we something in common, i do alot of faking when it comes to happiness. People always see me smiling and laughing, no trace of pain at all. But deep inside I am exploding. I get alot ot sleep whenever I am happy.

hello aahnnjo, yes ya right, sometimes smile and laughing doesn't mean that they are happy, human beings are very good at disguising their truely feeling inside. But as long as they smile and laugh, I would rather believe that they are really happy, they have their reason not to let you know hat they are not happy, and if we disclose that they are not happy, they will feel even feel worst, or get angry

I would prefer to think of the positive side and believe that people can be happy even when they are not. I don't particularly care that they pretend because once they get used to pretending then they can go on to the real thing.

Hey, Yea I know, many people I have seen laughing and smiling, and then a person goes to me and says something like, 'how can these people always laugh every single day so much, can't they see that they are faking it?' and it is quite true. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Face shape can reflect the heart happy. Berbinar eyes, smile / laugh, no wrinkle on the forehead, etc.. There is a clear difference between a happy face with a face that is forced.
