Are you allergic to something that can cause cold to you?

Hello all.... I am allergic to dust and smoke. Every time this two thing got into my nose, I will start to sneeze, sneeze, and sneeze and finally I got cold. Oh, it takes a lot of energy to sneeze. Can you imagine what can I use that energy for? If I am not inhale the dust or smoke too badly maybe in 1 or 2 days I will get well. But sometimes it's more than 2 weeks. OH, it's really horrible to have the condition like that. A lot of things I can't do if I were in a condition like that. But in a very bad condition, if I take a full rest for 2 - 3 days usually I will get well soon without having any medicine. How about you? How did you get your cold?
