seminars are nothing but,capability of a individual to speak.
and it depends upon the nature of persins.

i attend seminars not merely because of the speaker but more of the Q&A or open forum portion. the sharings of each participant is as useful and informative as that of the speaker him/herself. meeting people in seminars is a perk too, it's a way of networking.
