My friend could not find daytime employment so he accepted a night shift job. The first one he tried was a 4 p.m. to midnight shift in a sweat shop operating dangerous high voltage machinery. The second one he settled in is taking care of disabled people in the evening and overnight. Do you work a night shift? Was this your preference or was it your only choice?

a few years back when I wanted to buy some extra electronics that cost a lot of money (such as a huge LCD TV, a new camera, ps3..) I took a night job on top of my 40 hours job/week. needless to say that after 3 months I couldn't do it. Once I made the money I needed I quit.

I have worked anight shift before- from midnight until 8:30 a.m. and I didn't like it. I am glad now that I don't have to do that and I am thankful that I am able to work dayshift now.

i used to work at night before. i got a call center job which requires to work during night time because of a different time zone,.but i gave up after a couple of months because it is really hard for me to sleep during daytime and because of that my body became weak and i got sick then., the compensation is great cause you'll be getting a lot of benefits plus allowances and night differential but if you're not a night person you might be ended up getting sick., so i stopped and find another job. luckily i get one now and i would say that i enjoyed my job now as well as the benefits im getting. have a nice day ahead! happy mylotting!

I work during the night becase I work in security. I found out that I do prefer the night shift becase it is quiter and less stressful. you also do not have to worry aobut hot weather if you are working outside. When I first applyed for my current job, the only choice was the night shift.
