What are your Spiritual Gifts? / myLot

Have you taken a test to obtain your Spiritual Gift? Or without the test do you know what your Spiritual Gift is? We are have a few different gifts given by God, but is there one that stands out the most? How do you keep that Gift alive?

I think my best spiritual gift is somehow being able to pray for others to have favor shown upon them during certain situations (such as getting favor for a speeding ticket situation and finding employment) Sadly I cannot seem to find such favor for myself no matter how much I pray and fast for it....mainly in the form of finding desirable employment for Ive been unemployed ever since March =/
