How Can i Find the Missed ICON on TREKPAY??

if anyone knows how to find the missed icon on trekpay,,please guys help me to find out!!! thanks

According to their FAQ it should be obvious, just make sure you look at the whole page, the icon is fairly unique, I haven't seen one yet. They also say they only use it for suspected cheaters.
