I just posted a new article on ehow.com. It's about treating diabetes with flax seeds. I tried this out on my grandmother and it did wonders. In only 2 weeks after she started taking this remedy her levels droped from over 200 to 130. She took it every morning on an empty stomach.

I hope this can help some many of you:)

That is the first time I have heard about treating Type II Diabetes. Well I do hope they would make a study on these matters to validate this. I do hope that your grandmother would be able to live a much better life by maintaining her blood glucose to normal levels.

I don't know if there was ever a study done to validate it to be honest, i found exactly how flax seeds help diabetes in a book for non traditional treatment though. they had many remedies there, but this is the one that helped the most. the specific way of how to make it i've learned from a lady who used it to treat herself and her mother from type 2 diabetes. It helped both of them, so she advised me to try it when i told her that i'm trying to get my grandmother back in the game. I've heard about all the effects of flax seeds on all parts of the body, so i was very exited about this treatment... I actually add flax seeds to my food all the time because i love how it heals nearly everything :)

actually i found a lot of studies on non traditional remedies, but FDA and pharmaceutical companies don't like them anyway. i think it's all about money, they can get more money selling meds that cause side effects and then selling more meds that treat side effects. plus many of the remedies can actually cure the diseases that are not supposed to be curable, which again cuts down on a long term customers. A shame really, because i've seen people get so much better after they were treated with alternative medicine.
