Does it make you feel bad?

I went out last night and was offered by a few nice people if i wanted a drink. I felt so bad though at how expensive the drinks were. So i was wondering girls, do you feel bad when guys buy you drinks and they are really expensive and guys do you mind spending the money! Am just curious to know peoples opions about this.

Well me being a guy I really wont mind buying drinks for a girl only if it doesnt become a thing where Im the only one paying and she is just receiving. Most guys would probably buy drinks for a girl if he wants to show that he isnt cheap or if he wanted to get to know her a bit better. Most likely the dude will sit with or around the chick so he can probably talk to her. So buying her a drink might not be in vein. He just might get her digits or maybe more. :)

I always feel guilty. I used to be a cheap date, not easy but I would always pick the cheap meals on the menu, or not request what I wanted to do for a date because I felt bad for suggesting something that would cost money. I hate when men try to buy me things, especially now that I am married. I have an older friend at work that always buys my dinner, he refuses to let me pay for mine as many times as I have offered, I know that he doesnt want anything from me out of it, he is just being nice, but it makes me feel so bad. My mom on the other a hand says "well a girls gotta eat!"
