Neck Tattoos

I looked as closely as I could to make sure I wasn't repeating but if I missed it Im sorry. But here is what I wanna know. My best friend and I got matching tats on our necks like a year ago. We had never seen anyone with the one we wanted. Image is here. But after we had it done, we started to see it everywhere. Anyone here have this tat on their neck as well? And has this ever happened to you? Any ideas on how we could change it up a bit so it can be different?

I have never seen this design but I have definately seen similar, I think anytime you get a tattoo that is a simple tribal design with a heart you are going to see a lot of similar or same tattoos but was it from the flash?? (Flash is a tatto from pictures on the wall or in a big book at the tattoo shop)
