As most already know I have a new kitten and well we adopted him cause she was at our doorstep. Any way her ears are really dirty is there a safe way I can clean her ears. Can I use q tips or what. Thanks for the help.

If her ears are really dirty, she probably has earmites.
You can take a few drops of baby oil and put it in each ear. Hold her head so she doesn't shake it. Rub the base of each ear together to work it down in there good. Then let her go.
After she's done with the head shaking, carefully clean her ears with a q-tip. DO NOT stick the q-tip deep in the ear!! Only go down to the actual ear parts.
It'll take a couple of days. If you can't afford to have a vet do it, this is one way to go.
Hope this helps. :)
