Hello fellow myLotters, For those of you who do not know about RFID Tagging Implants, they are small microchips which are inserted under the skin in a quick, anesthetized procedure, and allow specialized scanners to pick up information about the implant holder. However, some persons are of the belief that such implants should not be embraced, as they are violations of privacy, while others cite they may prove very beneficial in other aspects. What's your opinion? Thanks for sharing, and happy myLotting!

The idea of an RFID implant is to track a person in every possible way either to a physical location or a gathering of data showing history of financial transactions, interests ......ETC Its a way to keep a constant tab on everyone, its thought to be part of the New World Order. In my eyes this technology is a terrible idea. At the same time its currently insecure, i can walk by someone with the RFID chip and steal their information contained on it, with a laptop containing a home made RFID reader.

I believe that these RFID Tagging Implants are a terrible idea. They are controlled by who really knows. The fact that they are being almost forced "into" us by legislation almost getting through, is ridiculous. I know Alex Jones is a little... loud... but he speaks a lot of truth. I just think he almost exagerates too much sometimes. The film Zeitgeist featured a segment about this RFID chip. Familys already have the chip apparently. They have to have their "safety." Despite the obvious intrusion, it's a pointless task. They want to eliminate the need for paper money. Zeitgeist: Addendum talks a lot about the Federal Reserve and their money empire. Which has a huge amount to due with the RFID chips. I would definately suggest watching both "Zeitgeist" and "Zeitgeist: Addendum" on zeitgeistmovie.com. The first movie actually has a whole section on religion, and it starts out with a George Carlin comedy bit, so it might offend some chirch goers. If you strictly want to learn everything about the Federal Reserve money system, which basically runs the world, watch Zeitgeist: Addendum. I vote no on the RFID Implants in humans, or anything. Peace and happy myLotting!

Hey Rootmere, thanks for sharing your opinion - I too share similar sentiments that RFID does not have a place in our human society..literally lol. However, I was just wondering if any other myLotters had contrasting views, as there is a debate at my school upcoming and I wanted to be adequately prepared about the topic. I also thank you for sharing those links to the movies - I will check them out when I have time to do so. :) Thanks for sharing and happy myLotting!

I am not sure about this. What kind of information does it pick up and what benefits does it have? Where did you hear about this? I would like to read more about it before giving my opinion.

You can read more about it here: http://www.rapmonster.com/index.php?c=rfid_chips_for_humans Basically it stores information such as one's medical details, or financial standings - it can be programmed to hold what you desire. I don't really see any benefits of it, as I personally find it a bit dehumanizing - it's as if we are slowly turning into cyborgs! However, I wanted to know if any myLotters can possibly think of or tell me any possible advantages that RFID would confer. Thanks in advance!

The internet and other technological "wonders" have invaded our privacy far too much already! We're on record somewhere for everything we do and say. Add another invasive device? No Way!
