How you can verify Paypal with VCC
* Go to the official Paypal website and create an account. Note that there are phishing websites that look almost exactly like the official sites. These sites are built for illegal purposes. So make sure that the website you are visiting is the official one.
* You will receive an email requiring you to confirm your Paypal account. Check the email account that you used when you sign up for an account, and you should find the email.
* You may then login to your account. As soon as you login, check that your account is still "Unverified".
*
Click on the "Unverified" link and you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Instead of using a physical credit card, enter your VCC details.
* Click on "Get Number" at the bottom of the page to retrieve the 4 digit verification code.
* You will receive an online statement within the next minute or so with the verification code. Use this code to verify your Paypal account.
* Your account should be verified once you enter the correct verification code. You can check the status from your account. The texts "Verified" should now appear under your name.
You can use a VCC to verify your Paypal account because a VCC has information that is similar to a real credit card. You have a 16 digit credit card number, a 3 digit CVV2/CVC2 Code Number and an expiry date. Note that a VCC expires within 24 hours if unused (for security reasons). So make sure you verify your Paypal account with your VCC before it expires.
I am not yet a verified member of Paypal after putting all the necessary information Bank Name, code, ATM card, my process was not correct?
How did you make the verification to your Paypal account? I wanna try to register in a site here in Philippines offering for a FREE VCC, please advice me, thank you!

H, I don't have any idea to move my money from paypal to my personal account. As if now I want to keep the money in paypal and use it for online shopping. So, in the case, do I cumpulsoryly need to provide credit card or debit card details while registering for paypal. I would appreciate your response.

Zearah - BDO is not a credit/debit card, you have to input your bank account number? including bank code and all the other pertinent information, after that payapl will tell you if you still need to do something in order for the account to get verified. Like if you use a credit/debit card, they will charge you a little less than $2 then on your billing you will get a 4-digit code which you will have to input on the paypal website only then will you get verified. I cannot recall already how they verified with a bank account but maybe you can search the site or try giving your bank information again, maybe the bank code was incorrect?

NOpe, I don't think BDO people can answer paypal queries, they are not informed, try calling Unionbank customer service, maybe and that's still a maybe, they can help you, since paypal's 'preferred' Philippine partner is Unionbank, they might have some knowledge regarding paypal, you can try going to their website if you like unionbankph.com they have a page there dedicated to paypal.
So far many of online earners in the Philippines makes use of the EON Visa Debit card by Unionbank, it's generally hassle free plus except for the annual fee of 350 there is no other fee even if you zero out the balance on the account

Actually I called few minutes ago the BDO,
they gave a toll free phone number to process the paypal account verification.
But since the steps seems in long process,
Hence I decide to enroll now in Union Bank.
Good luck to you adellene...earn higher girl

Yes, I do have a verified paypal account. It's quite easy since paypal is a secure site you can add a bank account or a credit/debit card in order to be verified.
If you are in doubt. I suggest you open an account that you will use exclusively for paypal and after you withdraw your money from paypal and it gets credited in your account withdraw it at once.
In the Philippines your best bet for now is the Eon card offered by Unionbank. You can register online via the unionbank website, and claim your card after 5 days at the nearest Unionbank.
I think (I'm not certain) that you cannot use a virtual credit card to verify your paypal account it has to be a 'real' credit/debit card, you can check with the terms and conditions on the site.
So as I said your best bet would be the Unionbank EON card, since it serves as a visa debit card and all the information you need to verify your paypal is there. You do have to pay 350 pesos for the annual visa card fee, but EON is no minimum balance so you can empty the card and you wouldn't be charged a fee.
Well, hope this helps ^_^

Wow, good for you girl.
Hope I could have a verified paypal account soon.
Yes, I will apply in EON Cyber account.
But it takes two weeks after to release the card.
This is the information I got from the teller of Union Bank here in Davao City, Philippines.
Thanks.

All the details of how to do this, are already on the paypal site. All you have to do is start reading in that category, or log in, and then read it. Normally, you don't even have to log in, to read their entire section.

No. My paypal account is not verified and I do not bother about it because I transfer my money from paypal to bank account and it is possible even if your account is not verified.

Hi. Mine have already been verified and I use my Union Bank debit card, this is different from the eon card. I have been using paypal and already made transfer of funds to union bank and also tried with my land bank account.

There is no difference between the 2 banks and I guess it goes to all banks here. Transfer of funds takes 2 to 4 days. Processing fee is 50 pesos if amount to be transferred is below 7,000 pesos but above said amount is free of charge.

I am interested to know how long will it take the money from Paypal to the bank. Please share any information regarding this.

I don't think we have VCC here in the philippines. i have a verified paypal account and i only used my EON Card at unionbank. i paid 300pesos for that and you may use it to link your paypal to our bank,. EON card is a debit card and you may use it here in paypal.
