hello friends.the final day of the 2nd ashes test is weirdly poised at the moment.the last recognised batting pair with a stand of 182 is still on.after that johnson and hauritz can stay for a while so all it requires for england is to take 2 early wicket and the game is in their pocket.
ofcourse its not easy because once it was 522 runs and now its only mere 200 runs.if clarke and haddin manage to put another 80 to 100 runs and even if both get out, england will be on pressure cuz defedning 500 is one thing but double digit score is something else.
so whats going to happen?will england takes the lead or aussies pull off the highest ever run chase?

Iam probably a bit late on this discussion. But anyway Australias plans were destroyed by Andrew Flintoff. he was hostile and bowled with pace and bounce. He was up almost 150 kmph all the time. Clarke and Haddin fought hard, but England were just too good. Their other bowlers Anderson and Swann also bowled well. harmison should play in place of Onions in the next test. That will be deadly if he bowls well.

Well, if England lose it from here, then it would be a real shame. Great fight back by aussies. I predict England should win this one, but this one is going to be truly exciting finish. Lets wait and see.

I would like England to win cos they deserve this victory. They have been phenomenal in the approach and England has not won a test against Australia at Lords since 1934. So my personal opinion is that England should win. However that means valiant efforts of Clarke and Haddin would end up in vain. No matters England should win.. Cheers.
