yes, you can receive funds even if you're unverified... but you cannot use it for payment in case you need to buy something... to lift the limits you need to attach a debit card there's one from Union Bank only P350 annual fee, unlike regular credit cards that cost about P1500 a year... it's much safer too coz if the account is exhausted no one can use it even if you lost the card...

I didn't use this yahoo search bar frequently but I always look at the topic discuss especially when I didn't have a interest discussion to response. Sometimes its took me an hour or more just to browse the discussion
