hi
i think hypnotism is a state where the person who is hypnotized is in a deep state of relax(as some say)... and he/she will respond to everything the hypnotiser say him/her to do or tell, but personally i don't believe that anything such exists, coz i have seen a very weird video where people do so weird things in public when hypnotised, how can they do it, it seems like some sort of make up, they might make up such things to entertain the public maybe, or maybe hypnotism exists but they were acting, i don't know, i have heard a lot of people hypnotised and all that... honestly i don't know if anything such happens

Hypnosis is real. You will only respond to suggestions that are within your moral boundaries/personality to do. It CANNOT make you do anything you do not want to do. The hypnosis shows that you are referring to are usually real. The stage hypnotists are experts at choosing the right people...people who have it within their personality to do the silly things they are asked to do under hypnosis. I am never chosen for a show, but I am a good hypnosis subject when I am working on something that I want. Hypnosis is very real and it works!!!

First, I have to tell you and anyone reading this that the idea that hypnosis is mind control is nothing more than a myth. You do not surrender your will to the hypnotist. Hypnosis doesn't even work with the will...nobody can change your will; what you want. It actually works with the imagination...mainly to get it going in the same direction as your will. Your imagination is like a bridge to the subconscious. If you want (will) something, and you constantly imagine or tell yourself something else, it will be very difficult to reach your goal. For example, if you want to lose weight, but are always telling yourself how fat you are, you are actually directing the subconscious mind toward exactly what you do not want. The general rule is that when the will opposes the imagination, the imagination wins. Every time.
I have been a professional hypnotist for nearly 20 years. I have heard every myth there is...and there are many. It is not magic, mind control, it is not against religion, and there is nothing about it in the Bible (the term "hypnosis" was coined in the early 1800's...). What it IS is a safe and simple way to achieve your goals. If you want to learn more about hypnosis, check out my blog at http://jbergkvist.blogspot.com
